Cancellation

Dutch Design Only allows our customers to cancel their order within 24 hours after the payment has been processed. However Dutch Design Only doesn’t ensure entirely that the product can be cancelled if it is not a stockable item. Stockable items are products with no customization nor tailor made aspects. If a product is custom built (choice of wood, color, finish, or size), we cannot cancel the order after 48 hours of reception of the order.

Returns

Are you dissatisfied with your product? That is very unlikely, but nonetheless you can return your product within 14 days after reception of your product. This only applies to stockable items on our website If the product is built-to-order with customized aspects such as color, wood-type, or color finish; then unfortunately it is impossible to return your product under Dutch law.

If a customer chooses to return a product, it must be sent back in the same condition in which it was sent. Using the original packaging, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Dutch Design Only and assumes all responsibility for all associated shipping & return costs. We advise you to insure the product since if it arrives damaged, we will not be able to refund you.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after reception of the goods.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, Dutch Design Only cannot refund money on products that are built-to-order with customization features nor can we exchange it for another product. If you receive your product damaged, defective, or faulty; then it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Dutch Design Only within 24 hour upon reception. If it has arrives damaged; Dutch Design Only will ensure to have a new product manufactured and replaced since all our products are insured when shipping.
